Andrew Belling


          Andrew is best known as a composer/conductor for his innovative and

whimsical score for Ralph Bakshi’s cult classic “Wizardsfor 20th Century Fox. He conducted the London Symphony Orchestra in his score for the first 3D animated feature film Starchaser: Legend of Orin, and has worked with The Royal Philharmonic, The Jerusalem Symphony and The Seattle Symphony for his other features and television compositions.

   Through his company, MorBro Productions, he has arranged and composed music for numerous network television series and specials, including “Grizzly Adams”, “Greatest Heroes from the Bible”, “Mark Twain’s America” and “Happy Days”, plus ABC movies of the week and CBS’sEd Sullivan Specials”. NBC hired Mr. Belling to score their unique tribute to Robert Redford and Sydney Pollack, “The Men and Their Movies”. He also served as musical director for the internationally syndicated children’s series, Disney’s “Sing Me a Story” and arranged and produced the music for the Tiki Room Show at Tokyo Disneyland.

      He wrote and produced special musical material for Dinah Shore and her guests on her syndicated talk show for Fox TV. 

    Andrew staged “Madame Goes To Harlem” for Wayland Flowers’ main room debut at the Sahara in Las Vegas. He directed a production of Rodgers & Hart’sBabes In Arms” at the Burt Reynolds Dinner Theatre in Jupiter, FL and subsequently restaged the show in Santa Monica,CA.  He has released two cd’s of songs he wrote and performed for children “Imagine That” and “Just Kidding”

    Andrew has also enjoyed a long working relationship with the Sherman Brothers (“Mary Poppins”, “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang”) and conceived and will be directing a brand new Sherman Brothers musical bound for Broadway
